Returns
- You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Certain products (personal care items, perishable goods, and customized products) are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges
- We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
- If you need an exchange, please contact us as soon as possible.
